I came into Teresa's pole studio some years ago, not exactly knowing how I ended up in there or why I was there, but I had a longing for more connection to my feminine being through movement.
There's a special kind of glow that settles in after a session at Salty Pines Studio in Nesodden. The body is alive — tingling, strong and open. After dancing, sharing and moving freely, every cell lands in its natural essence- the feminine essence. The heart feels lighter and the breath deeper.
During classes, breath is a simple but powerful tool in movement practice. It's not about performance or control — it's about staying present. When the body moves and emotions come to the surface, the breath helps you meet what's there instead of resisting it.
