Our magical life energy - always alive in us

We talk about life in fragments- We say human, sexual, productive, creative, horny, tired, alive — as if these were separate states, as if we were switching between modes like buttons: off or on, zero or one hundred.
But what if all of this is the same thing?
What if everything we experience — desire, creativity, restlessness, curiosity, attraction, movement — is simply life energy expressing itself in different forms?
We don't really have language for that. Instead, we categorize. We moralize. We medicalize. We isolate experiences that are deeply connected. Sexuality becomes something separate from creativity. Desire becomes something suspicious. Energy is only acceptable when it's productive, controlled, or useful. Everything else gets pushed into silence.
Especially sexuality.
We talk about it either too little or too loudly. Either it's taboo, hidden, awkward — or it's exaggerated, consumed, commodified. There's very little space in between. Very little room to talk about sexuality as something constant and alive.
Plants grow because of it. Ideas are born from it. Art comes from it. So does touch, laughter, longing, and the simple desire to be close. Life energy doesn't start when we're "in the mood" and stop when we're not. It's always there, shaping how we look at the world, how we move through it, how we create meaning.
We have created confusion. Shame. Disconnection from our own bodies and impulses. We feel something moving inside us and immediately ask: What is this? Is this allowed? Is this too much? Is this nothing at all?
Rarely do we ask: How is life moving through me right now?
Life doesn't rush between zero and one hundred. It hums. It flows. It pauses. It changes shape.
And maybe when we stop forcing it into extremes, we can start listening to it again — not as something to control or label, but as something flowing with us.
Because everything is creation.
And we are not separate from it.
