How do you nourish your temple?

How do you nourish your temple- your physical body?  You might look at me and think she is «lucky» with her figure… But it is definitely not for free.


My very first priority is my health- and what I feed my temple with- of course the obvious as food with no sugar, no ready made food…

I choose everything to be organic or locally grown. I eat meat, but not too much, I rarely eat carbs, only when my body tells me to. Sugar and fruits I do not eat. And what is great is- When you stop eating sugar, the body has an amazingly intelligent language of telling you what it needs all the time- the noise if the bouncing blood sugar is gone!


But then you have another very important aspect of the nourishment that we do not talk so much about- all the other things a body get exposed to: thoughts, movement, the activities, the people you are with and how you approach life. That acquires dedication. To choose the truth for yourself. You know, deep down, when you are with the wrong people, or feeding yourself with negative thoughts or sitting too much on your phone. 

Temptations are everywhere, wherever you look these days. And therefore every day, every moment- I choose myself- and the right fuel for my wellbeing.
