Our Classes & Sessions

At Salty Pines Studio on the Nesodden peninsula in Norway, our main offer is Healing with Heels where we offer private sessions, group classes, and bachelorette gatherings for all levels.


We also have weekly yoga classes and conscious dance nights, blending mindful movement, music, and community in a warm, coastal setting. A space to connect, unwind, and experience the freedom of expression surrounded by nature.

At Salty Pines Studio, each session begins and ends in circle, where we create a safe space to ground and connect. Through dance, you explore sensuality, strength, and emotions, letting movement open what words can't. The Pole is like the masculine energy-firm and steady while you learn to flow slow and feminine around it. Everything is about learning to feel more pleasure, and become more slow and sensual with practicing awareness and presence.

Yoga

Our yoga classes focus on grounding, breath, and presence. With gentle flows and mindful guidance, the practice helps restore balance in body and mind — open to all levels and shaped by the season and group energy.

Bachelorette Party 

Celebrate with movement, laughter, and connection. Our bachelorette sessions combine playful pole dance with a relaxed, supportive atmosphere — perfect for groups who want something fun, body-positive, and a little different. No experience needed, just curiosity and good energy.


Conscious Clubbing 

Our Conscious Clubbing nights brings movement, music and community together. It's not about performance — it's about letting go, dancing freely, and enjoying the energy of the room. The lights are low, the beats are deep, and everyone moves in their own way. A space to unwind, connect, and just have fun.
